WE ARE NOW ABLE TO TAKE YOU ON A JOURNEY YOU WILL NEVER FORGET

1 of the appliances that are used by us for training

start the day at our training ground at the former raf sopley camp near Christchurch Dorset

we start the day with refreshments and safety briefing in our firestation

we kit you out in full firefighting kit and show you around the appliance and station

the first shout of the day will be  using hose reels you will need to put out a small fire

then on to a ba drill using our breathing apparatus we show you how to check and put on the sets ready for use   { OPTIONAL } RESTRICTIONS APPLY                     

then your ready for the rat run showing how to search a building in smoke to see if you  can  find the missing person?

then  a major exercise using the skills you have learnt on the day

briefing and presentations finish of the day

a buffet style lunch is provided with tea and coffee during the day

all items subject to change from that listed

this is open to any groups of  6 or more such as

a small fire for the new recruits to fight

the crew decide how to put out the fire

watch the wind direction

stay up wind of the smoke

fire out job well done

driver and safety crew in attendance

the crew from wales for the days training

each crew member gets a certificate

all the crews passed the training day

a day to remember
